My Z.E. Connect
Log into 'My Z.E. Online '* from your computer, smartphone or tablet and access' My Z.E. Connect 'for:
- get information about your Renault Z.E. where you are,
- take advantage of advice to optimize the use of your electric vehicle,
- consult its autonomy and state of charge in real time,
- locate nearby electric charging stations,
- receive notifications about the state of charge of your vehicle by text or e-mail.
* Standard on Renault ZOE and optional on Renault KANGOO Z.E. Service accessible upon delivery of your Z.E. vehicle. using the code in your booklet.livret.
My Z.E. Inter@ctive
My 'Z.E. Inter @ ctive '* takes over the functionality of My' Z.E. Connect 'and also allows you to:
- interact remotely with your car from your smartphone, tablet or computer,
- activate or program your vehicle's charge (to benefit from the reduced off-peak electricity price for example),
- activate the air conditioning or heating in your vehicle before boarding (service available on Renault ZOE only).
* Take advantage of this service for free for 1 year on Renault ZOE and optional on Renault KANGOO Z.E. equipped with the R-LINK multimedia system.
